Note:
1. The car battery must be a 12V battery, and the battery voltage must be between 12V and 24V.
2. The applicable coil resistance is preferably above 20Ω.
Operation Instructions:
1. Clip the alligator clips of the tester on the car battery: the black clip clips the negative pole, and the red clip clips the positive pole.
2. When the red LED light is on, it means that the tester can start testing.
3. Check the relay before testing. If it is a 4-pin relay, please select the 4-pin socket on the tester; if it is a 5-pin relay, please select the 5-pin socket on the tester.
4. Plug the relay into one of the three sockets.
5. Press the "Test" button.
6. The tester will automatically detect the pin position of the unknown relay. When the relay is not a commercially available general relay or is damaged, the tester will light up the red LED light.
7. When the pin position is set correctly, the tester will perform 10 detections of the action release time. When the detection time is too long, the tester will light up the red LED light.
8. When the tester detects the action release time 10 times, it starts to detect the consistency of the relay. When the test is OK, the green light is on; when the test is not OK, the red light is on.
9. After the test is completed, remove the alligator clip from the battery and remove the relay from the tester.
