At Nexvibe, we curate our products to meet the highest standards of design and quality. However, if an object from our collection does not perfectly match your expectation, we offer a seamless 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a complimentary return and full refund, your product must meet the following premium standards:

The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

All original Nexvibe tags, labels, certificates, and specialized packaging must be fully intact.

The product must be completely free from any signs of wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
2. The Return Process
To initiate your product return, please follow these precise coordinates:

Contact our client experience team at support@nexvibe.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Securely pack the item in its original box and drop it off at the designated courier branch.
3. Refunds & Calibration
Once your return arrives back at our distribution center and passes our quality control inspection:

We will process your refund immediately.

The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to fully process and reflect the digital transaction.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For exclusivity and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
