A. Why is no water flowing when the trigger is pressed?

1. Check if the lithium battery is dead. If so, charge it with the charger.

2. Check if the motor is working properly. After turning it on, the motor should emit a steady humming sound, indicating a problem. If it emits a sharp noise, the pump may be faulty.

3. Water source impurities clogging the inlet filter: Impurities in the water source clog the inlet filter, and the nozzles are blocked by calcium/particles, resulting in intermittent or no water flow.

4. Bent or leaking inlet/outlet pipes: Bent or leaking water pipes prevent the high-pressure inlet or outlet pipes from supplying or discharging water normally, preventing the product from spraying water.

5. Sprayer head malfunction: Improper installation or misalignment of the sprayer head causes the motor to rotate normally but fail to spray water. Accidental impacts during daily use can also cause the sprayer head to break, resulting in leaks and malfunction.

6. Press and hold the trigger for more than 10 seconds to allow water to be drawn into the machine.

7. If the pump body is empty due to prolonged disuse, causing difficulty in water intake, connect the power supply and continuously press and hold the trigger to simultaneously supply water to the inlet. Once the machine is discharging water normally, connect the water pipe to draw water in.

B. How to order additional batteries and chargers for this product? Our machine body interface is compatible with Makita 18V batteries BL1830, BL1840, BL1850, BL1860, etc. The battery charger uses a DC T-type connector (For Makita Star Interface), 12mm in diameter.

C. How to avoid water leakage?

When rotating to change the spray mode, ensure that each accessory is connected correctly according to the user manual, and that the arrow on the nozzle is in the same position as the mode symbol.

D. Can it be connected to a faucet or garden hose?

Yes, but additional faucet or garden hose connectors are not included. You will need to purchase adjustable or specific-sized connectors. When connected to a faucet, water will spray out directly without pressing the switch; this is normal due to the one-way valve in the pump body.

E. Water flows out of the machine and water hose after unpacking; has it been used?

Please note that the product undergoes a rigorous water spray test before leaving the factory to ensure normal water output. Therefore, a small amount of residual moisture inside the product is normal; please use it with confidence.

F. The battery cannot be used normally or the battery depletes quickly. This is because the battery was not activated or charged after receiving it, was stored for a long time without being charged regularly, or was directly charged with a high current after the battery was completely depleted. This causes battery cell polarization and shortens battery life. It is recommended to charge the battery even if it still has some charge after it is completely depleted.
